I loathe running, so um, I am not the right person to help with this goal, but the EA Active on the Wii has been kicking my butt and I have been sticking with it. I am sore, from it, as I type.

I ran for the first time in 2 weeks the other day when you first posted. I only went a mile and a half before I died. Morning exercising is always SO HARD. First because I do it before even coffee. Me no function no coffee. Second because it's EARLY. Ugh. But I'm there with you, girl!!

I found that getting into a routine with working out really helps. Getting up early stinks, but then you are done for the day with your workout and then you dont have that nagging feeling of "Oh, I still have to work out today..." And once your body is used to getting up earlier then it becomes a piece of cake. I can't tell you how many times I threw Chase in the jogger and just went. And don't kill yourself if you don't run...walking is just as good. You are out there doing something good for you and your body. You can do it!!
