Oh my gosh, thank you for telling us at the beginning that there was good news at the end! I was able to enjoy reading this way, instead of scanning with my heart in my throat.

A CLOT fell out of you? How completely terrifying. I am so glad it turned out okay, but still. Yikes.

I know you're grateful to have a baby who is alive and growing, but it still sucks that you can't just enjoy your pregnancy. I'll be praying for your family and especially for you.

You will love having a boy! I'm biased, obviously, since it's what I've got, but I think a girl and then a boy is a completely wonderful combination. So much fun. Congratulations!

Oh.my.gosh. What a day, Manda!

I'm so glad that things seem to be okay now. Cerclage is no picnic, but it's doable with not too much fuss/problem. And the low lying placenta - that's a mild placenta previa, right?

I had complete placenta previa at one point but it moved in like a month so I went from total full on freak out to okay, I guess it's not a big deal? You're so early in your pregnancy that it has TONS of time to move and I bet it does quickly. You are so obviously in good hands - I love you doctors!

And, a BOY! A BOY! SO EXCITING! BOYBOYBOY!

That clot would have scared the crap out of me and I totally would have fished it out also.
